Terms of Sale
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Zorbkit and client, both parties fully accept.
GUARANTEES
Zorbkit guarantees that all products are manufactured to International standards. The inflatables offer a warranty with a duration of 1 year and conditions vary by product and manufacturers. The customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects.
The client can not invoke the conventional warranty if the defect is due to:
- normal wear and tear of the article and / or parts and / or accessories
- from improper use and / or mishandling
- of a lack of maintenance
- a case of forced breakage
- for work or installation not in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
- a repair by third party.
PRICES
Prices for each of the products marketed by Zorbkit are without VAT, delivery charges are shown separately, or inclusive, or free as shown. Zorbkit may change its rates at any time. Shipping fees are calculated on the service based on the amount of the order, payment method and destination, or usually included in the price.
PAYMENTS
All orders are processed by Skrill (formally Moneybookers). All credit credit and debit cards are accepted and accepted in more countries than any other online payment processor. Membership to Skrill is not required.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Please allow 21 days after receipt of payment, Zorbkit undertakes to make every effort to deliver within the time specified. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer and the customer agrees to receive the product ordered. In case of error in the coordinates, the seller can not be held responsible for the failure in which it could be to deliver the product. The products will be sent to the client followed by courier. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer and the amount shown on the order. Upon delivery of the order, the customer must carefully check the status of the package and make a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged. Any claim for non-compliance or missing object to delivery will be sent within three days of receiving the order. For this, the customer should contact by e-mail Zorbkit. In no event shall an order be returned without prior agreement of Zorbkit. The ability to return only for products which have not undergone any change or alteration and must be done in their original packaging. Charges by customs and revenue (or equivalant in your country) is completely at the buyers responsibility. Once the courier have confirmed they have the package and it is in processing - this is the responsibility of the customer to track their own order - please check yours incase of delays.

Please be aware that delivery of mechanical bull's, bungee bull's, mechanical surf or anthing within the Rodeo Bull category can take up to 45 days by Sea, or 21 Days by DHL including handling time. Please ensure you select the correct bull.
Please add at least 3 days on to any delivery timer for any printing that you require.
